MVC-008SOrganizing BioBlitz! Oklahoma is one of my favorite jobs!  I love bringing together biologists and citizen scientists to explore the biodiversity of Oklahoma.  I would love to host a spring BioBlitz!, but the volatile weather and crazy school schedules make this a logistical nightmare.  So my solution is to host a virtual BioBlitz! using iNaturalist.  Our 2nd Virtual Spring BioBlitz! started April 1st and I am excited to see what people will be observing around the state for the month of April!  Last year we had 36 people make observations of over 700 species.  I would love to double that!  Is that too ambitious?
